The Homes
Most homes in Panther Creek Estates were built between about 2003 and 2012. Two styles show up most often.
Two-story brick homes. Many have four or more bedrooms and flex space, and the largest run up to about 5,000 square feet.
One-story homes. These typically have three bedrooms and an office, and run about 2,000 to 2,600 square feet.
Because the homes share an era, condition and updates matter as much as size. Roof age, air conditioner age, flooring and kitchen finishes all shape what a home is worth. Recent sales on the same street tell me more than any citywide number does.
Pool, Parks and the HOA
The neighborhood website lists one HOA-managed pool area, with two adult pools and a splash pool. It also lists three parks owned by the City of Frisco.
A volunteer board runs the homeowners association, and the website says its monthly meetings are open to anyone. RealManage handles dues and maintenance. The website says HOA fees are due January 1 and July 1, and I always tell buyers and sellers to confirm the current amount and rules with the HOA before they sign anything.
Northeast Community Park
Northeast Community Park covers 71 acres at 12895 Honey Grove Drive. The City of Frisco lists athletic fields, Frisco Skate Park, walking trails, a playground, a pond and fishing at the park. The city describes the skate park as one of the largest in North Texas.
Phase one opened in 2017, and phase two finished in 2023. Check the City of Frisco's park page for current hours and closures.
Things to Do Nearby
You have good choices close to home. Walk the trails at Northeast Community Park, or watch the riders at the skate park. Halo Pizzeria sits on Panther Creek Parkway, and it is my pick for the best pizza in Frisco. Call ahead for hours. Universal Kids Resort opened in Frisco in July 2026, so you can add it to a weekend plan.
