I'm Omega Mejia, a real estate agent in Frisco, Texas, helping buyers and sellers across Collin County and the surrounding North Texas area make their next move with confidence. Before real estate, I spent 30+ years in education and coaching, and I hold an M.A. in Education. That's why listening and guidance come first with me. Teaching and coaching taught me to hear what people want, explain things clearly and help them make decisions they feel good about. Real estate asks for exactly those skills.
I've never stopped learning. I've invested tens of thousands of dollars and a lot of extra time in building personalized business skills. I started with Tom Ferry's group coaching program, then moved into digital marketing through Krista Mashore's program, with VIP events and group coaching calls several times a week. I bring sales experience and advanced AI marketing to every listing, so your home gets in front of the right buyers. I read the market closely, and I'm a certified negotiator (RENE, Real Estate Negotiation Expert). That means I prepare you for each decision and negotiate the whole deal, not only the price, so you feel confident at every step. Teaching, coaching, sales, AI marketing and negotiation training don't usually come together in one agent, and that combination is the edge I bring to every sale and purchase.
I've been a licensed agent since 2022 and a real estate investor since I bought my first rental in 2005. I hold the Advanced Commercial Specialist designation from MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. I've renovated property, and I own and operate a short-term rental in Destin, Florida, so I know the investor side of a real estate decision firsthand. Most of all, I love helping people land in a home they're excited to come back to.

Out and about in North Texas
I was born in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up in Orange County, California. I was married on Santa Barbara Beach in 1996, and I raised and homeschooled six children. We moved from California to Texas in 2006, and I've lived in North Texas ever since. I have a large family here, and this is home.
I know Frisco and the surrounding area well. With my children on a variety of sports teams, we traveled to and spent time in many of the nearby cities across North Texas, so I know them from real weekends, not just a map.

Why real estate
My interest in real estate comes from a few things. One is being an example to my children. I want to show them that you can recreate yourself to do anything, face challenges with action and faith, and keep learning. Another is my interest in investing, and in learning how real estate can enhance your future lifestyle goals. I enjoy learning as a businesswoman, but most of all I enjoy helping others and building lasting relationships with them through each transaction.
Things I like to do
I enjoy health and fitness, church, community, family and soccer. I'm a practicing black belt in taekwondo, and I run. Staying active keeps me steady, and it shows up in how I work with clients: patient, prepared and calm when things get busy.
Places I like to go
A park path in the fall, a Frisco street at the holidays, a field of bluebonnets in the spring and a beach day on the Florida Panhandle.
