Grocery. Walmart Supercenter on Stonebrook Parkway is about 1.2 miles away. Tom Thumb on FM 423 is about 1.5 miles away.

Shopping and errands. CVS Pharmacy on Stonebrook Parkway is about 0.9 miles away. The UPS Store on FM 423 is about 1.3 miles away. Walgreens on FM 423 is about 1.4 miles away, and so is Westside Market, the shopping center at 5550 FM 423.

Fitness. F45 Training Frisco West on Stonebrook Parkway is about 0.8 miles away. Tapout Fitness Frisco on FM 423 is about 1.5 miles away. Inside the community, the Frisco Lakes Northside Amenity Center is about 1.6 miles from the Village Center.

Parks and dog parks. Boyd Park is about 1 mile away. Wranglers Range Park is about 1.2 miles away, and J.R. Newman Park is about 1.7 miles away. For dogs, Wood Family Dog Park and Little Elm Dog Park (Splash Zone) are both on Witt Road, each about 1.6 miles away.
