If you are relocating to Frisco, Texas

You are choosing a neighborhood from a distance, so the answers that matter most are the ones a listing photo cannot give you. In Estates at Rockhill, several are settled before you fly in: the district is Frisco ISD, the pool season runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, short-term rentals are off the table, and groceries, a gym and a park all sit within 2 miles.

Here is how to use your first trip well:

  • Read the leasing rule and the vehicle rules first if a rental plan, a boat or an RV is part of your move.
  • Walk Monarch View Park in the morning and drive to Northwest Community Park in the afternoon.
  • Drive University Drive and FM 423 at the hour you would run errands.
  • Bring one home at a time to me, and I tell you what I'm seeing and what I recommend.

What a listing cannot tell you is whether one specific home is priced right, or what another buyer would have caught that you missed. The question I hear is "Would you buy this if you were me?" I answer it home by home, before you write an offer.

My buying a home page lays out how I work with buyers, my process page shows each step, and my Frisco page covers the wider city. If one home here fits your move, send me a message and we will talk it through.
