How Omega Mejia, REALTOR® with Simply Great Real Estate Group, collects, uses and shares your information on omegamejiarealestate.com, and the choices you have.
Overview
This policy applies to omegamejiarealestate.com and any pages on it (the "Website"). It explains what information I collect when you use the Website to find, buy or sell a home, how I use it, who receives it, and the choices you have.
In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Omega Mejia, a REALTOR® with Simply Great Real Estate Group at OnDemand Realty, 6160 Warren Pkwy, Frisco, Texas. This policy is part of the Terms of Service, which include the disclaimers and limits on liability. Words not defined here have the meaning they have in the Terms.
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you fill in a form on the Website, such as the contact form, a free guide form or a home value request, I collect what you type: usually your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you add in a message box, like your address or your plans. If you choose to give me information about someone else, such as a spouse or a family member, please make sure they're comfortable with it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Website's hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you open and the date and time. This helps keep the site running, secure and fast.
Information from other places. If you contact me through a Facebook or Instagram lead form or another site I advertise on, that service passes me the information you entered there.
Maps and embedded content. Some pages show an embedded Google map. Google may collect data from your browser when a map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.
I do not collect your Social Security number, bank account numbers, passwords or payment card details through this Website. Please don't send them through the contact form.
How I use your information
- To answer you. To reply to your questions, send a guide you requested, and follow up about buying or selling a home.
- To connect you with the right help. If you ask me to, I may connect you with a lender, inspector or another professional I work with.
- To keep in touch. With your permission, to send updates, newsletters, market information and announcements. You can stop these at any time.
- To improve the Website and fix problems.
- To protect the Website and my business, including detecting fraud and spam, enforcing the Terms of Service and meeting legal requirements.
Service providers I use
Here are the companies that may handle your information when you use the Website:
- Vercel (United States). Hosts the Website and receives technical data about visits.
- Lofty (United States). My customer relationship management (CRM) system. When you send a form, your details are stored here so I can follow up, and messages and emails I send you may go out through it.
- Google Maps (United States). Shows the embedded maps.
- Anthropic (United States). If the Website's chat helper is turned on, the messages you type to it are processed by Anthropic's AI service so it can reply. Please don't put sensitive personal details in the chat.
I choose these providers to run the Website and my business, and I ask them to use your information only for that purpose. If this list changes, I'll update it here.
Your choices
Text messages. I text you only if you check the box on a form that agrees to it. It isn't checked by default. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. You can also email me to opt out.
Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email me. If you opt out of marketing, I may still contact you about a transaction, request or conversation we already have.
Your information. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing the address below. I'll respond as quickly as I can, and I may need to keep some records when the law requires it.
AI chat. If you'd like me to leave your information out of any AI tools I use, tell me and I'll do that.
Security
I use reasonable physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information, and the Website uses encryption (HTTPS) when you send a form. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so I can't promise absolute security. Please don't send sensitive financial details through a form or chat.
The Website is based in the United States, and your information is handled and stored here under U.S. law.
Children
The Website is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it as soon as possible.
Email and the CAN-SPAM Act
I follow the CAN-SPAM Act, which sets rules for commercial email and gives you the right to stop receiving it. To stop getting email from me, use the unsubscribe link or email me, and I'll promptly remove you from marketing email.
